Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using DealVoid, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. We may update these terms occasionally; continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
2. What DealVoid is
DealVoid is a deal management tool for real estate brokers. It helps you track deals, documents, blockers, contacts, and key dates in one place.
DealVoid is not a legal advisor, financial advisor, or licensed real estate agency. Nothing in the platform (including AI-generated suggestions) constitutes legal or financial advice. Always consult qualified professionals for legal and financial matters.
3. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Don't share your account with others. You must provide accurate information when signing up, and keep it up to date.
You're responsible for everything that happens under your account, including actions taken by anyone you give access to.
4. Subscription plans and billing
DealVoid offers a free plan and paid plans (Starter, Pro, Business). Paid plans unlock higher deal limits and additional features.
Payments are collected manually via UPI. There is no automatic recurring billing. You'll be informed of the payment details when upgrading. Your plan remains active for the agreed period once payment is confirmed.
Plan limits (deal caps) are enforced by the platform. Exceeding the limit on your current plan requires an upgrade.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use DealVoid for anything illegal or fraudulent
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the platform
- Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt the service
- Share one account across multiple brokers to circumvent plan limits
- Use the AI assistant to generate misleading or fraudulent communications
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
6. Your data and intellectual property
Your deal data belongs to you. We don't claim ownership over the data you enter into DealVoid.
DealVoid (the platform, code, design, branding, and content) belongs to us. You're granted a limited, non-transferable licence to use the service while your account is active.
7. Limitation of liability
DealVoid is provided as-is. We do our best to keep it reliable, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.
We are not liable for any deal outcomes, lost commissions, missed deadlines, or business losses arising from your use of DealVoid, or inability to use it. The platform is a management tool, not a guarantee of deal success.
Our liability to you, in any case, is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim arose.
8. Termination
You can close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without prior notice depending on severity.
On termination, your access to the platform ends. We may retain anonymised, aggregated data for internal analysis, but we'll delete your personal data on request.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kochi, Kerala, India.
