The story
DealVoid started in Kochi in 2026. We're Maxwell and Sheril, a husband-and-wife team who've spent time close to the real estate brokerage world in Kerala.
We kept seeing the same pattern: brokers handling complex, high-value deals with scattered tools. WhatsApp threads for client updates. Google Sheets for document checklists. Mental notes for deadlines. A calendar reminder that may or may not fire on the right day.
When a deal worth ₹70 lakhs falls through because a document was never followed up on, that's not a failure of effort. It's a failure of tooling.
We built DealVoid to give brokers one place to manage every deal: the documents, the blockers, the people involved, the critical dates. Something that actually feels like professional software, not a generic project management tool awkwardly adapted for real estate.
